All classes are taught by a Certified Pilates Instructor.

Private Session - This one-on-one training session provides hands on, individual training. Sessions will utilize all Pilates equipment, per your workout needs and level. Private sessions are strongly recommended for beginners, anyone with an injury, and for those looking for an intensive, personalized experience. We strive to ensure that each session addresses your individual goals and needs.

Semi-Private Session - Bring a friend, spouse, or co-worker and take advantage of our semi-private sessions. These sessions are tailored to meet both individual's needs. All equipment will be used to give both of you a dynamic workout based on your workout goals. This can be a fun way to share the cost and work out with someone that is at a similar fitness level.

Group Reformer Class - Prior experience with Pilates is required. Experience the Reformer machine in a small group setting of 4 students or less. Reformer work is designed to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and stability using the resistance and assistance of the springs and straps. Please see class schedule for days and times these are offered. Sign up to ensure your spot.

Mat Class - This class is good for all levels. Come join our Mat class offered weekly. This class is good for ALL fitness levels and utilizes small equipment aids to give you a very well rounded and dynamic workout class. Mats, bands, magic circles, BOSUs, foam rollers, and small hand weights are provided.
